The Community Information and Referral Office  -  First Call for Help is a program of the Community Information and Referral Office. The Community Information and Referral Office provides the most up to date information and referral to health and human services in the South Jersey region. Information and Referral Specialists have access to services and programs in Camden, Gloucester, and the greater Cumberland County region.
